“Customer needs are much higher today that they demand higher transparency of the information of their diamond. As a result, we need to provide both high quality products and also more information to them. T MARK with its unique code for each piece of diamond allows the consumers to follow the journey of a diamond from processing to the finished piece. We also work with GIA to provide digital certificates to proactively provide block chain data of the jewellery to satisfy the requirements of the consumers.” CY Cheung, General Manager of Diamond Manufacturing Department of Chow Tai Fook shared their keys for success during the interview. 🏆
