  • What is the JNA Awards?
    The JNA Awards, established in 2012, is the jewellery and gemstone industry's premier platform for recognising individuals and enterprises that have demonstrated excellence, leadership and innovation, and have made positive contributions to their businesses and communities, with a focus on achievements made in Asia.

    What is the objective of the JNA Awards?
    The JNA Awards aims to further advance and propel the industry by promoting innovation, setting high standards and sharing best business practices in the jewellery and gemstone trade.

    Who should enter?
    The Awards is open to any companies and individuals from the international jewellery and gemstone trade that meet the judging criteria as outlined in each category.

    How much do I pay to enter the JNA Awards?
    Entry to the JNA Awards is free of charge.

    What is the difference between ‘Honouree’ and ‘Recipient’?
    The shortlisted applicants of the JNA Awards are referred to as Honourees. The chosen leading company or individual of a category, or winner, among the “Honourees” is referred to as Recipient.

    How do Honourees and Recipients benefit?
    Shortlisted companies or individuals immediately raise their profile among the most influential people in the jewellery and gemstone industry. Every Honouree and Recipient gains maximum exposure through the JNA Awards’ extensive PR and marketing campaign, reaching a wide and influential audience across the industry. News of the Awards will also reach key global jewellery trade, financial, business, fashion and lifestyle media through the dedicated newswire - prnewswire.com.

    Who can attend the JNA Awards Ceremony & Gala Dinner and how?
    The JNA Awards Ceremony & Gala Dinner is an all ticket event, open to members of the jewellery and gemstone industry. Interested parties need to apply for a ticket via the online system during the ticket sales period.

  • How many categories can I enter?
    In 2017, the JNA Awards will have 11 categories, including the Lifetime Achievement Award – the recipient of which will be selected by the organiser. Each applicant can enter up to a maximum of three (3) categories.

    How do I enter the JNA Awards?
    Online registration is required for previewing the judging criteria and entering the JNA Awards 2017. By creating an online entry account, you can register for the JNA Awards, preview judging criteria, submit entries or update your personal information at any time before the entry deadline.

    Can I provide information in languages other than English?
    The JNA Awards respects all cultures and languages. However, as an international award, experts from different countries and regions will be invited to be the judging panel. To facilitate the judging session, we require you to use English on the entry form.

    When is the entry submission deadline?
    Fully completed online Entry Form must be submitted by 23:59 (Hong Kong time) on Friday, 5 May, 2017 with no extension.

  • What qualities are the judges looking for?
    The judges are looking for innovators and high standards in the jewellery industry, especially those that demonstrate best business practices and excellence.

    When will I know if I have been shortlisted?
    Honourees, or shortlisted finalists, will be notified individually. The full list of Honourees will announce in late June, during the June Hong Kong Jewellery & Gem Fair.

    When will I know if I have been selected as a Recipient?
    The Recipients or winners of the JNA Awards will announce on Thursday, 14 September, 2017 at the JNA Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner during the September Hong Kong Jewellery & Gem Fair.
